What is your return policy?

Occasionally mats or runners come from the factory with defects. If you should receive a mat or runner that is defective, send it back to us for a replacement, with our apologies for the inconvenience. We will ship your new mat or runner ASAP, at our expense, and include a refund for the original shipping charge.
